Jette Lake Subdivision is a existing subdivision that is nearly built out to capacity, with residents experiencing water shortages in the summer months due to irrigation demands. APEC Engineering was selected to provide design plan, reports, specifications, and cost estimates for a new 40,000 gallon concrete reservoir. The plans were reviewed and approved by Montana DEQ allowing for construction to be completed in the fall of 2009. The water reservoir adds additional storage capacity and can allow for emergency supply to adjacent pressure zones within the subdivision.
