Lone Pine Trails Subdivision is a 81 unit residential subdivision located in Kalispell, Montana. The subdivision is served by municipal services from the city of Kalispell. APEC Engineering was selected by the developers to provide land use planning services, civil and electrical engineering design plans and reports, and construction inspection and certification.
The development includes approximately 2500 feet of new public streets with curb and gutter, stormwater collection and detention and approximately 5000 feet of new pedestrian side walks. APEC Engineering provided floodplain modeling and floodplain delineation for the onsite tributary to Ashley Creek.
The development also included public mainline extensions from the City of Kalispell along Foy’s Lake Road to the development. Gravity wastewater collection was accommodated within the subdivision, a new Gorman-Rupp lift station was designed and constructed to transport wastewater to existing mainlines within the City of Kalispell.
